About Role:

The Financial Product Support Engineer is part of the Global Customer Support Team, and this position is placed at our office in Copenhagen. The position is responsible for providing advanced helpdesk support to our clients in our third level support department utilizing Atlassian Suite as the primary helpdesk tools.

Duties and Responsibilities

The following represents a list of essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned as required.

  • Responsible for informing clients of progression with issues and provide follow-up as necessary.
  • Analyze and resolve often complex client issues/questions regarding financial issues and involve the appropriate resource internally until the problem is solved.
  • Advise client’s super users on how to optimize their configuration of the system to simplify or implement their business decisions.
  • Develop a productive relationship with colleagues in the Support department both locally as well as in the other offices around the world.
  • Responsible for reviewing and learning the latest functionalities of the support systems.
  • Maintain user documentation and internal knowledge base.
  • Participate as needed in implementation projects with our existing and coming clients.
  • Provide on-site training or assistance in conjunction with our Project & Account team.
  • Special projects from time to time to ensure best in class Customer Support.

Competencies, Traits and Experience

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be willing and able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily.

  • Bachelor degree or superior relevant work experience or even "Finans økonom"
  • At least two years of experience of working in an Finance supporting role.
  • Experience with billing and collection processes, simple accounting, account receivables and financial reporting.
  • Able to work with financial files, including outgoing payment files and finance systems files.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally through all levels of organizations both internally and externally.
  • Understanding of financial solutions, business processes and have an analytic and methodical approach in problem solving.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% annually both domestically and internationally.

  • Knowledge or experience of the Health and Fitness industry
  • Experience writing SQL queries
  • Experience reading JAVA code
