As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting talent to our teams in Copenhagen and for our local offices around Europe and in Canada. As a growing SaaS company we hire tech savvy sales talent, highly skilled marketing and product specialists and tech minded customer service profiles. We help each other as a team which means every once in a while you will also be helping our tech recruiter with the “hardcore” IT profiles.
You will become part of a HR team consisting of 7 highly skilled and engaged colleagues out of which 3 are Talent Acquisition Specialists – one of them headed for maternity leave. You will report to HR Director, Gitte Hemmingsen. The position is permanent.
What We Require of You
We are looking for someone with a strong track record of recruiting within the areas of sales, marketing, customer service and product marketing. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a recruiter whether it be as an internal recruiter or within an agency.
Finding candidates with different language backgrounds and to our local country offices requires a dedicated effort, and it is therefore a must that you have a strong drive and leave no stone unturned in your quest of finding the right candidates. Furthermore we expect that you:

Your experience and drive is more important to us than a specific educational background but you probably have a bachelor or master’s degree within Human Resources, Communications or Business Administration. You will primarily be recruiting to the Nordics, UK, Holland, Canada and France. If you speak any of those languages on top of a perfect English, it would be amazing.
