Danfoss is looking for a strong and experienced leader, who will be leading and managing the regional HR team in the North Europe Region (NER)*. We are offering an exciting and demanding role, which is covering a dual responsibility for regional HR Operation activities, as well as providing strategic HR support to the Regional President and the Regional Management Team (RMT).
Are you a HR leader with extensive leadership experience in developing and driving HR initiatives at both strategic and operational levels? Then you might be our new Regional Head of HR reporting to the Regional President.By providing strategic HR support to the RMT, and by demonstrating your strong understanding of regional business challenges, you will drive HR initiatives to support the regional business growth agenda and strategies.
Your key focuses in this role will be to drive talent development initiatives across the segments, with a focus on developing high potential candidates in Sales & Marketing teams, and to support the sales organizations with initiatives focused on making the sales processes more efficient.

You will be responsible for
oRegional change managementoOrganizational development at regional leveloRegional talent management (Sales & Marketing)oBe the point of contact for HR and RMT and ensure collaboration within the global HR framework?
Your degree is a Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.You are a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in an industrial environment, with increasing levels of responsibility.
As a professional HR Business Partner, you demonstrate business value-adding activities and common sense in implementing change management and leading transformation processes. Your excellent coaching abilities enable you to build strong relationships.Your experience in navigating within an organizational metrics environment gives you the ability to influence decisions that improve performance in the best interest of the business.
You possess strong written and spoken English language skills and are willing to travel within NER.
*North Europe Region (NER)- region includes UK, Ireland, Iceland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
