Then you might be our new HR Business Partner for the business area Devices & Supply Chain Management Quality Assurance (D&S QA) placed in Product Supply (PS).
As HR Business Partner, you will support the Corporate Vice President (CVP) and the management group in D&S QA, an organisation with approximately 250 employees that assure compliance and quality of biopharmaceutical products in Novo Nordisk. You will be a full member of CVP Management team, sparring with the CVP and the other members of the Management team on a daily basis on all aspects of leadership, people challenges and organisational development. You will drive the HR agenda in a busy environment and you will have to make sure that HR initiatives support the development of the business in this area.
About the department
You will report to the HR Director in PS Quality and be a part of a highly engaged, experienced and ambitious team of 4 HR Partners, a Training team and a Data team. We all work on improving and delivering the professional support for PS Quality to succeed. In the HR Business Partner role, you will work independently to support D&S QA, while sharing better practices and developing common agendas with your colleagues. We strive to provide solutions based on the newest insights within the field of Human Resources and to make a real difference for the businesses we support.
As the HR Business Partner, your overall objective is to develop the business by developing its leaders and thereby ensure high level people performance and development. Planning and executing the quarterly Leadership Forum with 25 leaders and supporting the Quality Ambition will be cornerstones in your job. You will also be responsible for executing and improving key HR processes such as Organisational Review, Performance Management, Talent Management and Employee Engagement. In addition, you will drive strategic People & Organisation (P&O) activities cross-functionally within the D&S Quality area.

You have a solid professional background in HR which includes a relevant degree, proven results and a minimum of five years of working experience within HR preferably from a multinational pharmaceutical company.
You understand the organisational dynamics and you have a proven track record within most of all of the classical disciplines in the HR life cycle. You thrive with developing and improving HR activities that are linked to the overall business purpose and you have extensive experience with what works in practice. You enjoy having the responsibility for both process and outcome and you know by experience that success depends on what you deliver to your customers.
As a person you have strong interpersonal skills and are known for building lasting relations with your stakeholders. You thrive in a working environment that is characterised by cross disciplinary fora, an urge to constantly improve and a willingness to take on new challenges.
