Commercialize the service strategy
You and your other Commercial Service Manager colleague get the responsibility of driving the revenue growth for our services and there are some very interesting opportunities within this area. Through structure, standardization, global collaboration and sharing of best practice we believe that you can contribute to creating a more effective service and invoicing process by ensuring alignment between:
• Service engineers
• Global Sales
• Our own software that helps with surveillance and remote access to our devices
We have a clear plan and understanding of our potential for growth, but we need your abilities within stakeholder management and business understanding to succeed. Your abilities to structure and LEAN processes can also help us with maintaining our capacity to deliver quick service despite a growing number of installed medical devices that we are maintaining.
Your responsibilities summed up
• Sharpen our current service setup, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth through the execution of service infrastructure projects.
• Improve Radiometer service offerings and the efficiency in local service organizations (Implement standard work and best practice to optimize and provide transparency into Planning, Policies, Objectives, Documentation and Processes of service orgs)
• Participate in continuous development and maintain existing services & service related procedures within Radiometer as well as our subsidiaries.
• Build productive relationships and network with global product specialist, product managers and service leaders.
• Manage across a matrix team from product marketing, operations, finance and product maintenance teams.
Travel activity is expected to be around 40-50 days a year.
Your place in the organization
You report to Director, Global Services, Carsten Alsbo, but will also have close contact to the VP of Services along with the service engineers and global service managers in our subsidiaries. The business area is of high importance to the board of directors, which means the business area is highly prioritized. We are confident that we will succeed with you onboard the team.
