The position

The role of Head of Project and Process Management is to take a leadership role in the development and execution of a portfolio of strategic projects and business enhancements, across the company, in support of the company’s objectives, working in close collaboration with the business and functions, both in Aalborg and London.

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Portfolio management of projects/programmes, including managing risks, dependencies, stakeholders, governance, costs, resource planning and productivity. Contribute to project prioritization performed by the COO
  • Personally, manage critical, large scale complex cross-functional and cross-locational projects
  • Managing and coaching the team across all aspects of project management and delivery
  • Ensuring that project and process management methodology, tools and processes are fit for purpose. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives


Your qualifications

  • 5+ years of work experience in managing a project and process team, from a similar position within commodity trading or in the financial sector
  • Strong track record of implementation of large-scale, cross-functional and cross-locational projects
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent process and project/programme management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well with stakeholders at all levels
  • Business acumen
