Basically, you must secure that our packaging solutions live up to current and future market and consumer needs as to format, functionality and look and protects the products in the best possible way at the most competitive price & sustainable way.

Based at the Arla Innovation Center in Skejby near Århus, you will:

• Identify and communicate packaging trends, competitor developments, and packaging opportunities
• Drive packaging development projects and participate in cross-category projects
• Secure continuous development and optimisation of current packaging solutions
• Support the work on our packaging innovation pipeline, in close cooperation with the rest of the organisation
• Guarantee that the packaging solutions measure up to our values and strategies, and that the quality adheres to the legislation & sustainability goals
• Secure close cooperation, co-creation and info-sharing with key stakeholders, both internally and externally

Skilled packaging project manager with business and financial acumen
You hold a relevant Master’s degree within Packaging Development, Industrial Design, Engineering, or similar discipline supplemented with at least 3 years’ experience with packaging development within the food or dairy area. Here you have acquired commercial and financial understanding, as well as knowledge of consumer insights and innovation methodology. You have proven that you are an excellent project manager with extensive insight into product and packaging technology, composition and functionalities.

It is equally important that you are an open-minded team worker who can enter into sound cooperation and knows how to coordinate project work. You are known for your high level of drive and creativity and as a person, who takes responsibility for your work and takes pride in delivering on time. You are fluent in both written and spoken English.
