Can you help people managers across our dairy sites and HQ in Denmark fix HR master data issues in connection with external and internal hires, moves of employees, and organizational changes in SAP? Do you have a meticulous eye for detail and a strong urge to make things work the right way? And would you like to work closely together with our central MDM team as well as colleagues at our sites? Then we have just the right job for you.
As our HR Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant, you will be the Danish country expert responsible for maintaining all HR master data for local employees, including position and organisational management in SAP. The role is a new position created to provide local-language assistance, coaching and training on processes, legislation and ways of working to your Global MDM counterparts as well as stakeholders in the business.
Working locally in Viby, Denmark, you will be responsible for building strong ties and connect the local payroll processing and administration to the wider global MDM team located in Gdansk.
You will support the business with Employee Lifecycle Data Management (ELDM) processes, and ensure that all HR master data is maintained accurately by reviewing changes to MDM for quality and accuracy in order to identify and correct errors, and work on continuous improvements.
You will be responsible for working with Global Process Maps; developing and maintaining local variations of these processes and gathering local business requirements through your stakeholders and collaborating with Global MDM on process improvements and simplification. You will facilitate training sessions with HRBPs and People Managers to raise understanding of the system and processes.
As contact for the business in all master data country matters, you will actively take part in country and global projects, in addition to supporting acquisitions and dispositions as they arise. Liaising locally on required actions of organisation design and changes, you will collaborate with Global MDM in building and implementing changes as required.
To be successful in this role you have a solid knowledge of master data from a large organisation, and experience in using SAP. It would be an advantage if you have experience with SuccessFactors and Human Capital Management (HCM), however this is not a requirement.
You are analytical and proactive, liaising with local HRBPs to maintain an accurate country view of master data and organisation structure, identifying anomalies and taking corrective actions in conjunction with the HRBP and People Manager. You will be part of an organisational change and therefore must be willing to be part of a changing environment and have a global mindset in terms of Master Data.
Please apply as soon as possible as we will be inviting candidates into process on an ongoing basis and remove the job posting once the position is filled.Ansøg nu
