Then join our team in a role as content developer focusing on effectively communicating  our sustainability programmes to our farmer-owners. The role is a 12 month project position.  

About the job

Throughout 2020 our communication will be focused on engaging Arla’s farmer-owners in becoming even more climate efficient and engaged in the sustainability journey by telling connectable stories including people, actions and impact.

As content developer and producer you will work closely together with our global Owner Communications Team in creating digital communications to our owners on our global web platform Arla Farmers, creating material to support the dialogue on farmer meetings and for our Member Relations team to use in their communication with farmer-owners.  

The roll out and implementation of our updated farm management programme Arlagården^® and global Climate Checks will be the focus of your working day for the coming 12 months. Furthermore, you will have a strong focus on communicating complex content in an engaging and comprehensive way to our farmer-owners through written articles, videos or infographics.

Who are you?

First and foremost you have strong journalistic and digital communications skills. You are a self-starter and people person with a drive to reach out and build relations in the organisation and with elected farmers. You will spend most of your time either driving projects or being part of a team and a strong project management experience is an absolute plus.

Furthermore, the ideal candidate will:

• Have experience with storytelling and  journalistic angling gained through at least 2 years of experience as a journalist, copywriter, content manager/creator or similar
• Have experience with photography and video production
• Speak and write fluent English as you will create content exclusively in English – communication abilities in Danish, Swedish and German are a plus
