Recruiter & Employer Branding Specialist

Hobbii is looking for a Recruiter and Employer Branding Specialist to join our team. Your role will be to ensure that we keep getting the most talented and nicest people to join Hobbii. We doubled in size last year from 50 - 100 people and we are looking for more people to join this year. This is where you come in.

You will join our new People & Culture department, so we are looking for someone who wants to take part in developing the People Operations across the organization. 

At Hobbii we sell yarn to tens of thousands of customers every month and we are working day and night to become the favorite shop for all yarn lovers worldwide. We are so lucky that we do this all together from one single location in Rødovre. The perfect candidate has a proven track record in sourcing and hiring talent, a systematic approach to work, great at networking and loves to get up in front of a crowd and inspire people.   

Would you like to?

  • Develop strategies for our overall recruiting 
  • Develop and execute our Employer Branding strategy together with Head of People & Culture
  • Screen candidates resume and job applications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs 
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
  • Help new team members when they join by creating the best possible onboarding
  • Take part in People & Culture projects across the organization

We would like you to be…

  • Experienced in sourcing and attracting talent (min 2 years)
  • Analytically strong with a good sense for details, well organized and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • Someone who take ownership of the hiring process from a-z,  and makes sure everyone has a great experience when they apply to Hobbii 
  • A creative and original thinker when it comes to Employer Branding, so people get a sense of what it is really like to work at Hobbii  
  • A strong communicator in Danish and English who loves getting up in front of a crowd
