About the Position

Offshore Global Tooling is responsible for the development, implementation and support for the production equipment needed to produce Offshore Blades and Nacelles worldwide.

For our department in Brande we are looking for a Technical Assistant to support our Tool Developers with design and development of equipment. As Technical Assistant you will be a quality reviewer of our Product Requirement Specifications before sending them to suppliers, support suppliers with technical documentation questions as well as reviewing documentation received by suppliers. Internal process and system insurance for our global team and local factories will also be part of the job.  
  

What are my responsibilities?

  • Review internal and external documentation related to equipment development and implementation.  
  • Handle internal revision control (Engineering Change Management).
  • Responsible for equipment take over certificates with local factories.
  • Ensure archiving and system setup for maintenance of equipment. 
  • Quality control of documentation. 
  • Ad-hoc tasks related to equipment development. 

  

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Background as technical assistant with 2-3 years of experience. 
  • Experience with technical specifications, 3D and 2D drawings and preferably knowledge with production / machinery constructions / documentation.
  • As a person you are open-minded and proactive with a quality-oriented and structured approach.
  • Excellent communication and technical language skills in English, both written and verbally. German and French is an advantage. 
  • Team Center and Siemens NX experience is an advantage.
